Volunteer Position description – Registration Administrator

Position Aim: The Registration Administrators provide support needed at the registration desk before, during and after KEEN programs.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Arrive 1 hour before the start of the first session
  • Set up materials needed for program, including volunteer sign-in sheets, pens/ sharpies, name tags and athlete sign-in sheets, name tags and profiles
  • Sign in volunteers as they arrive – direct them to orientation or their program location, make name tags, collect community service forms
  • Sign in athletes as they arrive – provide name tag
  • Signing volunteer community service forms
  • Take inventory of front desk office supplies and make program manager away of anything that needs to be restocked or replaced
  • Monitor all athlete documents to ensure everything is in place and complete, including liability form signatures, athlete profiles, emergency forms.
  • Organizing and putting away athlete profiles and name tags
  • Cleaning up and properly storing registration desk materials
  • Help program leader as needed

Requested Time Commitment:
Time commitment depends on the program and location
1-4 hours/ 2 times a month on weekends.
