Free Fitness and Fun for Everyone
As the last session before we break for summer, this sessions combines our young adults athletes and KEEN club athletes for an hour of Zumba dancing. This sessioni takes place at Tilden Middle School (6300 Tilden Lane, Rockville, MD) FROM 12:20-1:45 PM. Volunteer coaches are paired one-on-one with teen and young adult athletes and spend a 60-minute session helping our young adults participate in their Zumba dance session led by a Zumba instructor.
