Free Fitness and Fun for Everyone

KEEN Greater DC-Baltimore (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) invites you to join KEEN children and young adults with disabilities, their volunteer coaches and family members, and friends of KEEN for a festive and spirited day at Timberlawn Local Park in Rockville, Md. The 19th Annual KEEN Sports Festival will celebrate 30 successful years of free, one-to-one recreational and exercise activities for hundreds of children and young adults with significant physical and intellectual disabilities in the Greater D.C. area. Volunteers will team up with KEEN’s athletes for instructor-led activities, including, Fitness, Zumba and Tae Kwon Do, and individualized play. Light snacks and water will be provided. Please be at the park at 10:30 am for orientation and training. No experience required.
