Free Fitness and Fun for Everyone
THIS SESSION RUNS FROM 1:40 PM TO 3:00 PM and takes place at the Washington Sports Clubs, 10400 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814. Volunteer coaches are paired one-on-one with young adult athletes(ages 20+) at a local fitness center. Activities include weight lifting, aerobic activities, andstretching on mats.
