MD Young Adult Fit, 1:45-2:55 pm

THIS SESSION RUNS FROM 1:45 PM TO 2:55 PM and takes place at Gold's Gym Wintergreen Plaza (835 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852).  Volunteer coaches are paired one-on-one with young adult athletes (ages 20+). Activities include weight lifting, aerobic activities, andstretching on mats.
