Prosecuted over 200 cases in the District of Columbia local and Federal Courts. Twenty cases appealed and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. Drafted D.C. and federal legislation regarding mental health law. Served on multiple Court and community committees  regarding mental health. Lectured at Catholic University, George Washington University and Antioch School of Law.
