Cool and slightly wet weather did not deter nearly 200 golfers and tennis players, including special guest Chick Hernandez, Comcast SportsNet, and Miss Maryland USA – Simone Feldman, on Monday, April 26, 2010 at Woodmont Country Club in Rockville, Maryland.

KEEN Tennis Classic
Participants in the KEEN Tennis Classic enjoyed a challenging, and fun afternoon at Woodmont’s beautiful new tennis facility, participating in a round robin tournament and several contests. The group then joined the golfers and other guests for the cocktails and awards dinner in Woodmont’s ballroom.

The KEEN Golf & Tennis Classic would not be a success without the enormous contribution of KEEN’s volunteers. Led by Nancyellen Gentile and Karen Migdail, more than 60 KEEN parents, friends and sponsors joined together to contribute to the smooth operation of this event! Volunteers registered guests, drove golf carts, distributed amenity bags, and assisted with the silent auction. A special thanks to our volunteers for their tireless support and enthusiasm.
